Individual / Group Outplacement

Individual Outplacement Service:  This service is provided to businesses on a ‘as requested’ basis for an individual employee, who is considered an appropriate recipient of an ‘outplacement service’, the service is conducted at the offices of Grand River Personnel. The individual receives:

·         Development of a Job Search Action Plan

·         Resume and Cover Letter preparation and guidance

·         Job search guidance and assistance

·         Interview preparation

Group Outplacement Service:  This service is provided on a ‘as requested’ basis for a group of 5 (Five) or more employees, who are considered as appropriate recipients’ of an ‘outplacement service’.   The service could be conducted either ‘On Site’ at the businesses premises or ‘Off Site’ as appropriate, this service consist of 2 parts.

Part 1, the group would attend a half day training and development session and includes:

·         Job search and networking techniques and preparation

·         Resume and Cover Letter preparation

·         Interview techniques and preparation

Part 2, each individual of the group would receive a ‘One on One’ consultation and include:

·         Individual Job Search Action Planning

·         Resume and Cover Letter critique and advise

·         Interview preparation
